Terms & Conditions: Gift Card Policy for Boudoir by Kati Lynn

This Terms & Conditions page outlines the policies and compliance of Boudoir by Kati Lynn regarding payments and gift cards in accordance with Georgia gift card laws.

1. General Policy
By making payments to Boudoir by Kati Lynn, clients acknowledge and agree that all funds paid are non-refundable and will be converted to a gift card credit. This credit can only be used toward purchases during your reveal and ordering appointment and is not redeemable for cash, except as required by law.

2. Gift Card Compliance with Georgia Law
Boudoir by Kati Lynn complies with all applicable gift card laws in the state of Georgia, including the following:

  • 5 Year Expiration Date: Gift cards issued by Boudoir by Kati Lynn expire 5 years after the final payment. The balance on your gift card remains valid for 5 years or until fully redeemed.

  • No Fees: Gift cards are issued without inactivity, maintenance, or other fees.

  • Non-Transferable: Gift cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.

3. Non-Refundable Payments

  • All payments made to Boudoir by Kati Lynn are final and non-refundable.

  • Payments are converted into a gift card balance that can only be applied to purchases made during the reveal and ordering appointment.

  • This policy ensures that the funds retain their value under Georgia law but are not eligible for cash refunds.

4. Gift Card Usage

  • Gift cards can only be applied toward the purchase of products and services provided by Boudoir by Kati Lynn.

  • Balances cannot be transferred to other clients or used outside of Boudoir by Kati Lynn.

  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash unless the remaining balance is $10 or less, as permitted by Georgia law.

5. Cancellation or Rescheduling

  • In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of your session, the gift card balance remains valid and can be applied toward future services with Boudoir by Kati Lynn.

  • Clients are responsible for providing at least 14 days' notice for rescheduling to avoid forfeiting their session date.
